This blog doesn't include any JavaScript?

I really wanted to make something light and quick, easy to read. My focus was to have my website be thoughtful about other people's data usage, especially those on mobile. I wanted to have a really low footprint so that anyone, on any device can read this, even with JavaScript off!

Most people tend to forget how powerful our platform is without JavaScript and want to shoehorn "features" everywhere. I wanted this to be simple, and small.

The syntax highlighting is generated by piggybacking off of VSCode. I chose this because alternatives such as highlight.js and prism.js didn't handle TypeScript all that well.

I work with Javacript on a daily basis and I like the language and the ecosystem, in spite of all its warts.

Most of my experience is with Angular, but my current role has me focusing more on React. I'm a big proponent of static typing in Javascript, thus I prefer to use Typescript whenever possible. I really enjoyed working with RxJS and would again in a heartbeat.

Whoa, you're cool!
